Job Description:
To provide pre-sales technical consultancy to clients by identifying the customers’ requirements and designing a commercially viable solution from within the company’s product portfolio.

Primary Function

To work closely with the sales team in the area of product suitability and service delivery expectations
To advise on technical and commercial considerations for pre-sales consultancy and project tenders
To articulate (through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non-technical customers
Support sales efforts with in-depth product and overall solutioning knowledge
To maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s technology partners’ products and service offerings and methodologies
To work with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts
Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients and technology partners to the company’s benefit

Secondary Function

To assist in project implementation services, including managing customers’ expectations and project timeline.
To obtain technical certification for products that company distributes
To help customers in matching requirement into product/solutions
Able to work in a fast-paced environment. \Working after office hours, Sat/Sun/Public Holidays, from time to time, may be expected

Job Requirement

Degree/Dip with min 2 to 5 years product management experience, preferred from security/electronic/IT industry
Knowledge and understanding of supply, product and vendor management Proven contract negotiation skills
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Able to work in a fast paced environment
